We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a renowned and upscale mall, for the position of Joy Land Manager. The mall’s Joy Land is a vibrant indoor family entertainment center offering fun-filled activities, arcade games, and attractions for all age groups.

Your Role:

As the Joy Land Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our entertainment zone, overseeing daily operations, leading a vibrant team, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help create magical moments for children, teens, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire entertainment zone
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of floor staff, attendants, and technicians
• Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment for guests of all ages
• Monitor the condition of games, rides, and equipment; coordinate maintenance
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relations
• Plan and execute fun events, school visits, birthday parties, and promotions
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are always met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in managing entertainment centers, amusement parks, or family fun zones
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Passion for games, kids, and delivering memorable experiences
• Technical knowledge of arcade machines or willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
