ZIA Medical Center is looking for a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented Junior Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in patient relations or customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively and promptly
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely services
• Support patients with appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their visit
• Address patient complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary
• Provide information regarding clinic services, doctors’ schedules, and insurance coverage
• Assist in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming front-desk environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient relations or customer service (preferably in healthcare)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a pleasant and empathetic demeanor
• Proficient in MS Office and patient management systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
• Experience in a medical center or hospital setting
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and billing is a plus
