We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The Homecare RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for patients while ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Patient Assessment and Care Planning<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive health assessments for patients.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patients' needs and physician directives.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate patient progress, updating care plans as necessary.</li></ul>Clinical Care<ul><li>Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.</li><li>Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.</li><li>Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.</li></ul>Patient and Family Education<ul><li>Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.</li><li>Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including care provided, observations, and changes in condition.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, reporting significant changes in patient health.</li></ul>Compliance and Safety<ul><li>Adhere to all relevant nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed.</li><li>Maintain compliance with local and national healthcare regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from [specify country/state].Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in homecare, geriatric, or palliative care.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.Key Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Empathy, patience, and a caring demeanor.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.</li><li>Time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.</li></ul>Work Environment and Conditions:<ul><li>Provide care in patients' homes across UAE.</li><li>Must be willing to travel.</li><li>Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work for 12 hours shift?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DHA License (Required)</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assessing clients&rsquo; skin conditions and recommending suitable facial treatments based on their needs.</li><li>Performing a variety of facial services, such as cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, anti-aging treatments, and other specialized skincare procedures.</li><li>Analyzing clients' skin types and conditions to tailor treatments accordingly.</li><li>ProdAdvising clients on suitable skincare products for home care to maintain treatment results.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>DHA License as a Beauty Therapist</li><li>A degree or diploma in beauty therapy, skincare, or aesthetics.</li><li>Knowledge of various facial treatments, skin types, and facial technologies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>DHA License (Required)</li></ul>
