JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

VOIP:

Ø Design, implement, and maintain VoIP networks and systems.

Ø Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice quality, connectivity, and performance.

Ø Configure and manage VoIP equipment, such as IP phones. SIP. Trunks, IVR and Ring Group.
