About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Analyst to join our Product or Strategy Team. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in SaaS-based Fintech products, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking. You will support strategic decision-making by conducting deep-dive research and producing actionable insights into market trends, user needs, product gaps, and emerging technologies within the global fintech SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research on SaaS-based fintech solutions (e.g., RegTech, AML, KYC, digital onboarding, transaction monitoring).
• Track and analyze trends, innovations, and customer preferences in fintech SaaS across global markets.
• Benchmark competitor products, pricing, features, integrations, and positioning.
• Assist in the preparation of product research reports, competitive intelligence documents, and investor decks.
• Gather and organize user feedback and pain points to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Evaluate fintech regulatory trends and how they impact product development (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AMLD, FATF).
• Support cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Strategy) with timely, accurate data and research insights.
• Maintain a structured database of research findings and updates for internal knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in research, analysis, or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong interest or exposure to fintech, SaaS models, and emerging financial technologies.
• Proficiency in using research tools (Google Trends, Crunchbase, CB Insights, etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
