Job Overview: Support the finance operations function OT by providing routine and ad-hoc information analysis on a timely basis, ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness

Responsibilities

Sales Analysis and Reporting :

  • Ensure weekly and monthly reporting for Sales KPI’s for market execution, infrastructure, sales and other parameters.
  • Support development of Sales AOP and I&GP Plan by analysing sales KPIs and volume trends.
  • Partner with frontline sales & sales leadership to improve effectiveness of sales information organization.
  • Other adhoc reports and business analysis as and when required.

Sales Productivity Projects :

  • Support the Sales Productivity Agenda ensuring the following activities are implemented periodically.
  • Ensure implementation of monthly freshness Report and consolidation and highlighting to the sales management the market freshness status.
  • Provide periodic update on the market stales, stales spend vs budget and highlight any key challenges market challenges.
  • Periodic checks on the field for the implementation and accuracy of freshness report and stales control processes.
  • Support the sales productivity agenda on the Cartons Recycling initiative ensuring budgeted savings are delivered.
  • Ensure periodic tracking of the sales team performance through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensure support to the frontline sales team to ensure proper implementation of the RC project.
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in the HC efficiency and Optimization projects.

Control Agenda :

  • Support the control agenda for the OTC cycle in conjunction with the COSO/SOX Lead.
  • Ensure all OTC Processes, procedures, and policies are in places that define business operations.
  • Ensure periodic amendment of the processes, procedures and policies based on the control and risk assessment workshops.
  • Ensure periodic conduct of COSO Testing by the Control and Process Owners and evaluate the effectiveness of the controls.
  • Support the COSO lead to ensure Control Workshops are conducted as scheduled to build awareness on the processes, policies, procedures and risks in the OTC Cycle.
  • Support the COSO lead to ensure conduct of Risk Assessment Workshops to identify routine risks and document the control objective and ensure implementation of the agreed action plan.
  • Support the COSO lead to ensure identification of Non-Routine and Fraud Risks

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • Computer literate
  • BS Degree.
