We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary UI/UX Product Designer Lead to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products. The ideal candidate is based in Lahore, has a proven track record working with reputable SaaS companies—ideally in the Telecom or Fintech space—and demonstrates exceptional leadership, creativity, and user-centric design thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design strategy across products from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and improve product interfaces.
• Oversee and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior designers; foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Align design goals with business objectives and product strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices within SaaS, Telecom, and Fintech industries.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, especially for SaaS products.
• Proven experience designing for Telecom or Fintech platforms is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile product teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

• Experience working with international SaaS teams or clients.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
