Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the efficient and cost-effective transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from origin to delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of shipments and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present logistics reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping (if applicable).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
