Position Overview:
We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) with a focus on Newegg, eBay to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing listing operations, maximizing sales, and maintaining outstanding marketplace account health, all under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing marketplace accounts, including optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Learn and apply techniques to boost visibility and sales performance on marketplace platforms.
• Aid in analyzing marketplace metrics such as sales trends, customer feedback, and account health.
• Support compliance efforts with all marketplace policies and handle resolutions for account-related issues such as customer disputes and policy infractions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaign planning and execution.
• Help generate and review detailed reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and discover areas for growth.
• Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to build effective relationships and understand e-commerce dynamics deeply.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in managing e-commerce accounts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.
