A Snapshot of Your Day:
This role requires an agile, detail-oriented digital marketer to support the direction and execution of our strategic efforts to boost Samsung online sales growth through best-in-class performance marketing activities across MENA. The position requires an experienced candidate who is capable of efficiently analyze performance, plan and guide subsidiaries to efficiently utilize their budget to deliver high-ROI campaigns across mid and lower funnel. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in measuring performance across paid marketing and SEO channels, overseeing subsidiary governance and driving strategic initiatives within the regional headquarter. This position will focus on ensuring operational excellence, optimizing paid media performance and enhancing digital visibility through SEO strategies.
Role and Responsibilities
How You Will Make An Impact:
Support Regional Strategy for Paid Media & Performance Marketing:
  • Assist in developing and executing the regional strategy for paid media and performance marketing across D2C digital channels.
Strategic Guidance and Execution:
  • Support regional offices to develop their media plans, campaign activation and campaign performance analysis in alignment with global and regional directions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the agencies to achieve exceptional results and drive business objectives.
Campaign Development and Optimization:
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI with a strong focus on Paid Search optimization and Affiliate Marketing
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
Subsidiary Governance:
  • Conduct weekly business reviews of media performance across subsidiaries to identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with regional objectives.
SEO Strategy and Execution:
  • Act as a regional center of excellence for SEO managing regional SEO agencies to ensure regular optimizations and adherence to strategic goals.
  • Lead and execute strategic natural search projects to enhance organic search visibility & drive traffic.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Track and report on KPIs across the regional markets and by channels
  • Produce and manage reporting of KPIs and present analysis and insights of media and e-commerce activities to key stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Test and analyze ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Provide regular performance updates with clear insights and improvement strategies to support decision-making.
Vendor and Agency Management:
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and platforms across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others to ensure efficient execution and maximum performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with tech teams to ensure seamless tracking and attribution across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and brand marketing teams to develop strategies for new product launches
Skills and Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor Degree with 8 years of eCommerce/ Paid Media experience /6 years with Master degree
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
  • Expertise in managing paid media/ performance marketing campaigns across all major platforms including Affiliate Networks, Paid Search and SEO for a D2C eCommerce brand
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Decent knowledge of technology tools and platforms related to marketing and e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience within a fast growing eCommerce environment
  • Must possess interpersonal skills in order to build strong positive people relationships
  • Comfortable in a collaborative environment; flexible and open to ideas from all areas and levels of the organization
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, while being well organized and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of timely requests
  • Ability to operate comfortably and optimally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to track and generate data based insights on a weekly basis
  • Strong understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices
