
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across regions to support the development and upkeep of marketing presentations, assist in website product content updates, and help coordinate merchandise and event-related tasks. You should have a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency with our brand’s design and messaging standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Data Coordination: Liaise with internal and external teams to collect relevant marketing and sales data required for presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
Ø Marketing & Sales Presentations: Assist in building, updating, and maintaining marketing and product presentations, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and design language.
Ø Copywriting Support: Assist the Digital Marketing Executive with content for case studies, website pages, and PR materials.
Ø Asset Management: Maintain and organise marketing assets such as product images, project stories, case studies, and collaterals in shared drives.
Ø Merchandise Support: Collaborate with vendors to support the production and stocking of marketing merchandise across multiple offices, working alongside the Marketing Executive to manage timelines and logistics.
Ø Organisational Support: Support the planning and coordination of industry events and trade shows. This includes liaising with organisers, tracking budgets, preparing collateral, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Ø Website Content Coordination: Work with the Marketing Executive and Sales Team to gather product launch data and assist in updating website content and related marketing material.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Ø 1–2 years of marketing experience.
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ø Strong copywriting skills are a key requirement for this role.
Ø Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ø Good understanding of design and aesthetics, with an eye for layout and visual consistency.
Ø Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
Ø Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
Ø Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain strong attention to detail.
