We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sustainability Engineer to lead sustainability initiatives across our production, materials sourcing, and certification processes. The ideal candidate will ensure our products comply with UL, CE, RoHS, and other relevant environmental and safety standards. Additionally, they will champion sustainability communication and engagement through technical documentation, internal practices, and social media representation.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Sustainability &amp; Environmental Management</p>
<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability strategies aligned with LEDFlex&rsquo;s corporate and manufacturing goals.</li>
<li>Drive eco-design initiatives to minimize environmental impact in materials, packaging, and production processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the R&amp;D and production teams to optimize energy use and resource efficiency.</li>
<li>Prepare sustainability reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Conduct lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and carbon footprint analyses of products and processes.</li>
</ul><p>Certifications &amp; Compliance</p>
<ul><li>Manage and maintain product and process certifications, including UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, and other relevant global standards.</li>
<li>Liaise with external certification bodies, testing labs, and regulatory authorities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of certification documents and ensure timely renewals.</li>
<li>Audit materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes for compliance with sustainability and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for sustainability claims and certifications.</li>
</ul><p>Production &amp; Material Sustainability</p>
<ul><li>Work closely with production teams to ensure sustainable material selection and waste reduction.</li>
<li>Research and recommend eco-friendly alternatives for materials, components, and packaging.</li>
<li>Monitor supply chain sustainability, ensuring alignment with corporate environmental policies.</li>
</ul><p>Communication &amp; Advocacy</p>
<ul><li>Support the marketing and communications teams with sustainability content, including case studies, social media updates, and corporate reports.</li>
<li>Represent LEDFlex&rsquo;s sustainability vision on professional platforms and social media.</li>
<li>Conduct internal training and awareness sessions on sustainability and compliance best practices.</li>
</ul><p>Qualifications &amp; Skills</p>
<p>Essential:</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in sustainability, compliance, or certification roles (preferably in manufacturing or lighting/electronics sectors).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, and ISO standards.</li>
<li>Experience in sustainability reporting, audits, and lifecycle analysis (LCA).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using sustainability reporting software and digital collaboration tools.</li>
<li>Social media awareness and ability to represent sustainability initiatives online professionally.</li>

Sustainability Engineer

You will collaborate closely with the teams in London, Dubai, and Hyderabad to plan, create, and publish multimedia content that strengthens our online presence and tells the story of LEDFlex&rsquo;s innovation in lighting design. This role calls for a creative, detail-oriented individual with strong aesthetic sensibility, social media insight, and a passion for content that informs and inspires</p>

Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram in alignment with the global marketing strategy.</li>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign timelines and ensure consistent messaging.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Graphics and Multimedia teams to conceptualise and produce visual assets that align with the brand&rsquo;s premium aesthetic.</li>
<li>Edit videos and reels using Instagram and other editing tools to create dynamic, engaging social media content.</li>
<li>Conduct regular trend research to identify relevant, brand-appropriate formats, sounds, and storytelling opportunities.</li>
<li>Partner with the Copywriter to ensure all visuals are supported by strong, cohesive copy.</li>
<li>Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to analyse post performance and identify content that resonates with different audience segments.</li>
<li>Capture and curate behind-the-scenes moments, event coverage, and real-time stories to maintain an authentic and active brand presence.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales and regional marketing teams (London, Dubai, and India) to gather content from international events, installations, and client projects.</li>
<li>Manage daily social media publishing, including posts, reels, and stories, ensuring regular engagement and activity across platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain the overall look, tone, and quality of all digital content to ensure consistency with LEDFlex&rsquo;s brand identity.</li>
<li>Support the continuous growth of LEDFlex&rsquo;s digital presence by experimenting with new content formats and campaign ideas.</li>
