We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all branches. The role includes conducting regular stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, and recording all stock movements in the system. The Stock Controller will coordinate stock transfers, validate stock transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies. They will analyze sales trends to forecast stock requirements and support timely replenishment. The position also involves preparing stock reports for management and implementing measures to reduce stock loss. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and inventory software proficiency are essential for this role.</div><div><br>

Roles and Responsibilities:</b>
</div><ul><li> Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all branches.
</li></ul><ul><li> Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
</li></ul><ul><li> Coordinate stock transfers between branches and warehouses.
</li></ul><ul><li> Track and record all stock movements in the inventory system.
</li></ul><ul><li> Validate and process stock-related transactions (receipts, issues, returns).
</li></ul><ul><li> Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for stock handling.
</li></ul><ul><li> Analyze sales trends and forecast stock requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
</li></ul><ul><li> Collaborate with procurement and branch managers for timely stock replenishment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
</li></ul><ul><li> Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
</li></ul><ul><li> Implement measures to reduce stock loss due to theft, damage, or mismanagement.
</li></ul><ul><li> Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
</li></ul><b>Key Skills &amp; Education Required:</b>
<ul><li> Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in stock control or inventory management (preferably multi-branch).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Analytical skills for forecasting and trend analysis.</li></ul>
<ul><li> High attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>

</div><div>We are looking for a BIM Technician to develop and maintain LEDFLEX&rsquo;s digital lighting presence within the global BIM environment. Working across Product, Data, and Marketing, this role creates and optimises Revit-based lighting families and systems that accurately represent LEDFLEX products for architects, specifiers, and contractors. By delivering BIM-ready assets and coordinated visual models, the BIM Technician ensures LEDFLEX products are easy to integrate, visually compelling, and professionally positioned within architectural, MEP, and design workflows.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<div>Create and maintain accurate, efficient, and data-rich Revit families (RFA) for LEDFLEX&rsquo;s product range.</div>
<div>Import and simplify 3D geometry from Autodesk Inventor for BIM integration.</div>
<div>Add and manage shared parameters, photometric data (IES/LDT), and technical metadata.</div>
<div>Develop and maintain type catalogues, templates, and BIM standards for scalable family creation.</div>
<div>Optimise all BIM assets for performance, clarity, and multi-level detail.</div>
<div>Collaborate with Design Engineers to ensure accurate geometry and technical consistency.</div>
<div>Coordinate with the Data Team for parameter linking and database integration.</div>
<div>Align with Branding, Graphics and Visualisation teams for consistent visuals and branding.</div>
<div>Create architectural Revit scenes showcasing LEDFLEX lighting applications (e.g., cove, fa&ccedil;ade, linear systems).</div>
<div>Produce renders and visuals for marketing, manuals, and sales materials using Revit and compatible rendering tools.</div>
<div>Ensure all BIM deliverables meet BIM Level 2 and IFC classification standards.</div>
</ul>
<ul><li> Conduct quality assurance testing for hosting, light emission, and data accuracy before release.</li></ul>
<ul>
<div>Maintain version control and workflow documentation for the BIM library.</div>
<div>Support technical documentation by generating Revit-based drawings and layouts for installation manuals.</div>
<div>Provide internal and external support to specifiers, consultants, and design teams using LEDFLEX BIM content.</div></ul><br>

<div><b>
Requirements:
</b></div><p>2+ years of experience developing Revit families for MEP or product- based BIM.</p>
<ul><li> Strong understanding of the Revit Family Editor, parameter creation, and visibility control.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience linking IES photometric data and setting up lighting sources.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Competent with Excel data integration and parameter mapping.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Clear understanding of electrical and photometric concepts (voltage, wattage, lumens, etc.).</li></ul>
<ul><li> High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple product types.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong knowledge of <b>materials, manufacturing processes, and product development</b>.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul>
