Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our healthcare services, specifically in dental and dermatology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing within the UAE, with proven skills in developing effective campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, and utilizing design and video tools. This is a full-time role based in Al Barsha, Dubai, requiring an immediate joiner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the dental, dermatology, or healthcare services sector in the UAE
• Expertise in creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Proficient in SEO/SEM strategies and tools
• Skilled in using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong video editing skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Must be available to join immediately

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote dental and dermatology services
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels
• Monitor and optimize performance of SEO/SEM initiatives
• Create engaging content, including videos and visuals, for marketing purposes
• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms and online reputation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent branding
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly
• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements based on campaign data
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations in the UAE
