
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Executive to promote and sell memberships for our exclusive recreational club, which includes a gym, snooker, pool, steam bath, and play area.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for attracting new members, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving membership sales targets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about health, fitness, and luxury leisure services with strong persuasion and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and social media marketing.
- Conduct in-person tours of the facility, explaining the benefits of membership.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships by effectively communicating the value of our club services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for membership sign-ups.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and objections professionally.
- Provide personalized membership packages based on client needs and interests.
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events.
- Use social media, networking, and partnerships to generate leads.
- Participate in local events, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement to attract new members.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Analyze membership trends and suggest improvements to increase sales efficiency.
Requirements:
✔ Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales, preferably in fitness clubs, recreational facilities, or hospitality.
✔ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
✔ Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and engage clients.
✔ Passion for Health & Fitness: Understanding of gym, sports, and wellness services is a plus.
✔ Target-Oriented Mindset: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
✔ Digital & Social Media Savvy: Experience in online lead generation and promotions is a plus.
