Outdoor Sales Representative

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Sedana Signal, Industrial Area 2, Garage 2, opposite to Al Nukhbah Cars Auctions LLC)

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Duties:

• Deliver paint products promptly and safely to customers across Sharjah.
• Ensure proper handling of paints during loading, transportation, and unloading to prevent damage or spills.
• Verify customer orders and ensure accurate delivery as per invoices.
• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation, including invoices and receipts.

2. Sales Duties:

• Actively promote Sky Colour Paints' products and services to existing and new customers.
• Identify and approach potential customers during delivery routes to expand the client base.
• Distribute promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers) to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and upsell additional products.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management for improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
• Address basic customer inquiries or direct them to the shop for detailed assistance.

4. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to the management.

5. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit them to the management daily.
• Assist with stock management by reporting low inventory levels during delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license (motorbike or light vehicle).
• Familiarity with Sharjah roads and surrounding areas.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle paint containers and perform physical tasks.
• Customer-focused, reliable, and punctual.
