As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Purchase Manager to lead our procurement process and maintain strong vendor relationships.Job Summary:The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing computer hardware&mdash;especially laptops and related components&mdash;from local and international suppliers. The ideal candidate should be experienced in supply chain management, cost control, vendor evaluation, and timely procurement aligned with company demand and inventory strategy.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end procurement process of laptops, spare parts, and accessories</li><li>Identify reliable suppliers (local and overseas), request quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms</li><li>Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive purchasing</li><li>Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly</li><li>Maintain and update supplier database, purchase records, and cost analyses</li><li>Coordinate with logistics providers for shipping, customs clearance, and delivery</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and avoid stock outs or overstock situations</li><li>Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment cycles</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or Procurement Officer (preferably in IT hardware or electronics)</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Understanding of laptop models, hardware components, and refurbished product grades</li><li>Familiarity with import/export processes, documentation, and UAE customs procedures</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and procurement software</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple supplier relationships and high-volume orders</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi/Urdu, Arabic or Chinese is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field</li><li>Experience in sourcing from China, USA, or major IT hubs</li><li>Knowledge of warranty and quality check procedures for refurbished electronics</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Employment visa provided</li><li>Accommodation provided (if needed)</li><li>Company mobile and SIM card</li><li>Annual leave and air ticket allowance as per UAE labor law</li><li>Professional growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company.</li></ul>Interview Location:Next Level Computers. Outdoor Sales Representative Company: Sky Colour Location: Sharjah, UAE (Sedana Signal, Industrial Area 2, Garage 2, opposite to Al Nukhbah Cars Auctions LLC)Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Duties:<ul><li>Deliver paint products promptly and safely to customers across Sharjah.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of paints during loading, transportation, and unloading to prevent damage or spills.</li><li>Verify customer orders and ensure accurate delivery as per invoices.</li><li>Collect payments and ensure proper documentation, including invoices and receipts.</li></ul>2.
