At Silver Ant Marketing, we’re seeking a PPC Executive (Technical) to assist in the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll support the PPC Team Lead in optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and more. Your role will focus primarily on the tactical aspects of campaign management, ensuring that the campaigns perform effectively and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support & Execution:
- Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
- Help implement daily adjustments to campaigns (bidding strategies, ad copy optimization, etc.) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Keyword Research & Audience Segmentation:
- Perform keyword research and help optimize targeting through audience segmentation and competitor analysis to ensure precise targeting.
Ad Copywriting & A/B Testing:
- Support the PPC Team Lead and Account Managers by assisting with ad copywriting, A/B testing, and ad extension optimization to improve ad quality scores and overall performance.
- Conversion Tracking Setup:
- Assist in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA) and generate basic performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and actionable optimization suggestions.
Support for Business Development:
- While not leading business development, you'll provide support by suggesting new business opportunities or upsell strategies based on insights from campaign performance and trends.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the SEO, Content, and Web Development teams to ensure that all campaign elements are aligned and cohesive.

- Google Suite: Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Data Studio
- Campaign & Keyword Research: Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu
- Bid & Budget Management: Optmyzr, Skai (Kenshoo), Marin Software, Adzooma
- CRO & Optimization Tools: Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Unbounce, Instapage
- Automation & Reporting Tools: Google Ads Scripts, Zapier, PPC Samurai
- Ad Tracking & Attribution: Google Tag Manager, CallRail, Wicked Reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Technical Skills: Solid experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms such as TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, experience in A/B testing, and a proven ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Soft Skills: Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing digital trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, or equivalent PPC certifications (preferred).
