Silver Ant Marketing, a brand under IZOC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a dynamic PPC Team Leader to join our expanding team. As a PPC Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of multi-platform PPC campaigns for our diverse clientele. You'll work with cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, leading a talented team of PPC Executives and Junior Analysts, optimizing campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities to further strengthen our PPC service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging platforms.
- Continuously monitor, adjust, and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive high performance, targeting key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Ensure efficient allocation of campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring that the company’s ad spend aligns with campaign goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Regularly generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure campaigns are achieving or exceeding client objectives, providing actionable insights and solutions to improve results.
Keyword Research, Audience Targeting & Intent Mapping:
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords, set up match type strategies, and maintain an optimized negative keyword list to improve efficiency.
- Conduct audience segmentation and ensure precise targeting using 1st-party data, Lookalike Audiences, Affinity, and Custom Intent targeting.
- Stay on top of the latest trends, such as geo-targeting, A/B testing, and seasonal analysis, to ensure campaigns are always ahead of the curve.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Page Strategy:
- Work closely with the Web Development and UX/UI teams to design, test, and optimize high-converting landing and product pages.
- Conduct A/B split testing, heatmap analysis, and use user behavior tracking tools to identify areas of improvement in the customer journey.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and dynamic ad extensions to improve ad visibility and overall campaign performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a growing team of PPC Executives and Junior Analysts, ensuring efficient task execution, high-quality performance, and continuous professional development.
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and provide strategic guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and success in their roles.
- Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team members are aligned with best practices in PPC.
Business Growth & Strategic Contribution:
- Identify business growth opportunities by proposing new strategies for upselling services to existing clients and suggesting new platforms or ad formats for campaign expansion.
- Play an active role in business development by contributing ideas for new service offerings based on client feedback, industry trends, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to align PPC strategies with client objectives and business goals.

- Ads & Analytics: Google Ads, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, SEMrush, Hotjar, Google Data Studio, Optmyzr
- Research & Strategy: SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Ubersuggest
- CRO & Optimization Tools: GTM (Google Tag Manager), CallRail, Hotjar, Instapage, Unbounce
- Automation & Reporting Tools: Google Ads Scripts, Data Studio, Optmyzr, Zapier
- Communication & Collaboration: Asana, Slack
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in PPC campaign management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing multiple campaigns across platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon DSP, and YouTube Ads. Additional experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Spotify Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
