Job Description
The Opportunity
This regional PAM role is based in Saudi Arabia and designed to drive our partner ecosystem strategy across the Gulf. This evolved role calls for a hands-on individual with strong experience in GSI collaboration and cloud alliance management. You’ll be responsible for engaging and enabling key Global System Integrators (GSIs), while also nurturing relationships with cloud hyperscalers like Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft, as well as local cloud service providers. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating partner ecosystems including resellers and build high-impact partnerships that contribute to pipeline growth, deal execution, and regional visibility.

You Are Great At

  • Own the regional partner strategy for Gulf with a focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar, based out of our Regional HQ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, recruit, and grow strategic alliances with GSIs and hyperscaler partners.
  • Build joint business plans focusing on enablement, demand generation, and co-sell motions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and report progress against regional KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product teams.
  • Ensure alignment between OpenText priorities and partner GTM strategies.
  • Represent OpenText in key partner meetings and industry forums across the region.
What It Takes

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales roles in the tech space.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including hyperscalers and regional cloud service providers.
  • Proven track record of building high-impact partnerships that influence enterprise software sales.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and execution skills.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market, with regional exposure across the Gulf region.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic advisor while remaining hands-on in partner execution.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language.
