Your Impact: 
As a Senior Quality Assurance engineer, you will perform software testing tasks as a testing resource along with managing the execution of test efforts, implements test automation strategy, communicating on status, issues, objectives and initiatives. Strives to continually learn and understand latest software testing methodologies and tools to ensure a high level of expertise.
 
What the role offers: 
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and backend applications.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium (UI) and Rest Assured (API).</li>
<li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.</li>
<li>Conduct database testing to validate backend data integrity and transactions.</li>
<li>Execute security scans and collaborate with developers to fix vulnerabilities.</li>
<li>Analyze logs, identify root causes, and support incident troubleshooting in production or pre-production environments.</li>
<li>Participate in sprint planning, test estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Work closely with developers and product teams to define quality metrics and ensure test coverage.</li>
<li>Apply AI-based testing approaches or tools to enhance test efficiency and coverage.</li>
</ul>
What you need to succeed: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Engineering along with 6+ years of experience</li>
<li>Strong experience in manual and automation testing using Java or Python.</li>
<li>Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.</li>
<li>Rest Assured for API testing and validation.</li>
<li>Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.</li>
<li>Database testing using SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL).</li>
<li>Exposure to security testing/scans (OWASP, Burp Suite, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools (eg- Copilot-based testing etc.)</li>
<li>Strong incident troubleshooting and log analysis skills.</li>
<li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD exposure (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).</li>
<li>Understanding of machine learning models or AI evaluation frameworks.</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li>

Your Impact: 
OpenText is seeking a commercial Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team performing commercial transactional for an established but growing line of business. This is a diverse role that will require negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial technology agreements in support of various Americas-region sales activity, including cloud services agreements, software licenses, and professional services. The role is also one of trusted Legal advisor supporting a growing and dynamic line of business, and working with cross-functional groups, researching novel product offerings, and handling escalations are also key components of this position. In this capacity the successful candidate is expected to perform analysis and provides guidance on company transactions as well as new go-to-market products, evaluate risk, update templates, create and deliver training, and manage projects of benefit to the Legal team and department.

What You Need To Succeed:

<li>Strong experience working in a legal department or a law firm handling commercial matters.</li>
<li>6+ years previous experience conducting contract negotiations, preferably concerning technology.</li>
<li>Enthusiastic, hard-working, enjoy working in a team environment and confident working at a senior level with lawyers and other professional colleagues.</li>
<li>Experience doing business with regulated industries, and understanding or interest in data privacy/ data security a plus.</li>
<li>Solid “hands on” experience drafting, negotiating and providing guidance on a wide variety of agreements; particularly in software licensing, hosted/ cloud based product agreements, professional services contracts, and maintenance and support agreements.</li>
<li>Knowledge of working within the IT sector and assisting sales executives on commercial and sales transactions.</li>
<li>Background in contract support for a variety of business functions including sales, marketing, engineering and other internal clients.</li>
<li>Ability to advise management on risks across the business and strategies for mitigation.</li>
<li>Good judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.</li>

 Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
