Job Description
Enforce QSMS, ISM/ISPS compliance, and safety procedures onboard.
Monitor vessel certificates, surveys, and compliance with Flag/Port State requirements.
Assess Deck Officers' competency and provide operational support.
Coordinate vessel readiness, spares, and logistics at Tanajib and other ports.
Act as relief Master when needed and support emergency crew coverage.
Collaborate with Port Engineer and Technical Team for vessel maintenance and supply.
Supervise daily vessel performance, audits, and client reporting.
Ensure crew adherence to Aramco instructions and participate in onboard inspections and training.
Skills
COC as Master Mariner (Unlimited).
Minimum 4 years of sea experience as Master on ASD/PSV vessels.
STCW, ISM, ISPS (SSO), GMDSS, DPO, Marlins Test certification.
Strong knowledge of client marine regulations and offshore operations.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
