Summary:<br>
We are seeking a Senior Delay Analyst to join our team and provide expert analysis and support in assessing schedule delays on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction scheduling, and delay analysis methodologies.<br>

Job Responsibility:<br>
<ul><li>Conduct thorough analysis of project schedules to identify and assess delays.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and information for delay analysis.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Provide expert testimony and support in dispute resolution processes.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry best practices and methodologies related to delay analysis.</li></ul><br>
Candidate Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering civil, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in delay analysis on large construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Certification in delay analysis (e.g. PSP, PMP) is a plus.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
