Job Description
Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee a wide range of refrigeration application projects including walk-in cold rooms, supermarket display systems, medical and laboratory refrigeration units, and commercial kitchen equipment. The role involves managing projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards, and delivering high-quality and cost-effective result
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage refrigeration projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Oversee installation of various refrigeration units
Supervise installation of compressors, condensers, refrigerant piping, valves, and insulation.
Oversee electrical and control system integration, including circuit breakers and digital temperature controllers.
Implement remote monitoring systems.
Monitor site activities, resolve technical challenges, and ensure safe practices.
Conduct testing, commissioning, end-user training, and handover documentation.
Job Requirements
✅ Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
✅ Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP and refrigeration system execution across commercial sectors.
✅ Technical & Managerial Skills
Expertise in small and medium-scale refrigeration systems.
Familiar with electrical components, compressors, and refrigerant circuit design.
Ability to manage project teams and subcontractors on-site.
Strong in budgeting, client communication, and technical troubleshooting.
✅ Computer Skills
ERP systems, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/electrical layout tools.
✅ Other Requirements
Valid driving license.
Willing to travel within the Kingdom.
Familiar with local municipal and safety approval procedures.

الإشراف على تكامل الأنظمة الكهربائية والتحكم، بما يشمل القواطع وأجهزة التحكم بدرجة الحرارة.
تنفيذ أنظمة المراقبة عن بُعد.
متابعة الأنشطة الميدانية، حل المشكلات الفنية، وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.
تنفيذ عمليات الاختبار والتشغيل، تدريب المستخدم النهائي، وتسليم الوثائق.
متطلبات الوظيفة
✅ المؤهل العلمي
بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة التبريد.
✅ الخبرة
خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات أو أكثر في تنفيذ مشاريع أنظمة التبريد وMEP في القطاعات التجارية.
✅ المهارات الفنية والإدارية
خبرة في أنظمة التبريد صغيرة ومتوسطة الحجم.
الإلمام بمكونات الكهرباء والضواغط وتصميم دائرة وسيط التبريد.
القدرة على إدارة فرق المشاريع والمقاولين في الموقع.
كفاءة عالية في الميزانية والتواصل مع العملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية.
✅ مهارات الحاسب الآلي
أنظمة ERP، Microsoft Office، أدوات AutoCAD أو التصميم الكهربائي.
✅ متطلبات إضافية
توفر رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة حسب مواقع المشاريع.
الإلمام بإجراءات الموافقات من الجهات التنظيمية.
