Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in Aluminum & Glazing to oversee and manage the successful execution of high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, including significant experience in the aluminum and glazing industry. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional who can manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A valid UAE driving license is required due to the nature of the role, which involves regular site visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards.
• Leadership & Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, subcontractors, and project staff, ensuring effective collaboration and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the project timeline, cost, or quality. Proactively resolve issues and implement contingency plans as necessary.
• Site Management & Coordination: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed per specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Conduct quality inspections and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Contractor & Supplier Management: Oversee procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients, providing updates on schedules, budgets, and potential issues.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring the safety of personnel on-site and adherence to local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in project management, with at least 8 years in the aluminum and glazing industry.
• UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required for frequent site visits and client interactions.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management principles with experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in aluminum and glazing systems, construction techniques, and material specifications.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage client expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and implement solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, identifying potential issues before they impact the project timeline or budget.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with cross-functional departments.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
• Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
