Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for vertical apartment sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment needs.
  • Conduct property presentations, tours, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage potential buyers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the real estate industry (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in vertical apartment projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
