About Us:

Al Mesfufa Group is a leading refurbished laptop company in the UAE, with multiple branches in Dubai and Sharjah. We specialize in wholesale and retail of refurbished laptops, import/export operations, and in-house remanufacturing. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Purchase Manager to lead our procurement process and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Job Summary:

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing computer hardware—especially laptops and related components—from local and international suppliers. The ideal candidate should be experienced in supply chain management, cost control, vendor evaluation, and timely procurement aligned with company demand and inventory strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process of laptops, spare parts, and accessories
  • Identify reliable suppliers (local and overseas), request quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms
  • Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive purchasing
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly
  • Maintain and update supplier database, purchase records, and cost analyses
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for shipping, customs clearance, and delivery
  • Ensure timely procurement and avoid stock outs or overstock situations
  • Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment cycles
  • Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or Procurement Officer (preferably in IT hardware or electronics)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of laptop models, hardware components, and refurbished product grades
  • Familiarity with import/export processes, documentation, and UAE customs procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and procurement software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple supplier relationships and high-volume orders
  • Fluency in English, Hindi/Urdu, Arabic or Chinese is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in sourcing from China, USA, or major IT hubs
  • Knowledge of warranty and quality check procedures for refurbished electronics
