Craft press releases, blog content, and media statements to boost the brand’s online reputation.
Build and maintain strong media relationships across digital and print platforms.
Monitor public sentiment and online conversations about the eCommerce brand.
Coordinate PR campaigns with marketing and social media teams.
Manage crisis communication and prepare timely responses.
Pitch product stories and features to bloggers, influencers, and journalists.
Organize virtual and in-person promotional events or media briefings.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly PR reports.
Support influencer collaboration strategies to amplify product visibility.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s degree in PR, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in PR, preferably in the eCommerce or tech industry.
Strong writing and editing skills tailored for digital platforms.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics dashboards.
A creative mindset with a strategic communication approach.
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
