Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the program quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Ensures that Projects constructed are as per specification.
  • Overall responsibility for Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all relevant activities within the Project Department.
  • Manage and ensure that Quality principles are incorporated and applied.
  • Identify, develop, and promote Program and Project required Quality police.
  • Support all consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters.
  • Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits.
  • Coordinate and manage any 3rd party audits as required.
  • Well-versed in quality improvement techniques, resolving issues, carrying out root cause analysis, and non-conformance investigations.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure /Roads /Highways projects or program.
  • Expertise in the Qatar construction market.
  • Lead and manage a QA/QC team to successfully deliver the program to the required quality standards; Develop, implement, and monitor the Program Quality plan
  • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects
  • Preferred UPDA registered candidates.
