Planning Engineer

<div><ul><li>BSC in Engineering &amp; MMUP Licensed (Grade -A)
</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6 is must. Should have experience in PWA building projects.
</li><li>15 &ndash; 20 years of relevant experience. Prepare cost Estimation for all General Service projects.
</li><li>Prepare the Statement of requirements (SOR), execution, strategy, and budget cost estimate.
</li><li>Prepare tender documents, contract procedure, technical specifications, and bid evaluation.
</li><li>Review and amend project control clauses of tender documents as necessary.
</li><li>Perform pre-qualification, technical, and price evaluation of tenders.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar.</li></ul></div>

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER

<div><ul><li>BSc in Mechanical Engineering. MMUP certified (Grade - B)
</li><li>10 &ndash; 15 years of experience in PWA building projects, with a strong background in Supervision.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar</li></ul></div>

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

<div><ul><li>BSc in Quantity Surveyor / other discipline of engineering. MMUP Licensed (Grade -A)
</li><li>15 - 20 years of relevant experience in contract preparation, Settlements of disputes and providing advice on such issue.
</li><li>Should have experience in PWA building supervision projects.
</li><li>Strong background in quantity surveying, construction or engineering.
</li><li>Ability to understand engineering plans and drawing.
</li><li>Develop cost plans, cost strategies, value engineering, life cycle costing, and sustainability costing.
</li><li>Prepare and review cost/budget estimation using respective software.
</li><li>Ensure Compliance with quality management standards and health and safety regulations.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar</li></ul></div>
