Job Title: Civil InspectorLocation: Qatar Job Type: Long TermKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise civil engineering works on site for building projects.</li><li>Conduct inspections for reinforced concrete and steel structures.</li><li>Monitor project activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance works.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare site inspection reports and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualification: BSc / Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>MMUP Grade: C (Mandatory).</li><li>Experience: 8&ndash;10 years of relevant experience in site supervision of building projects.</li><li>Strong background in reinforced concrete and steel structure supervision.</li><li>Strong site inspection and supervision skills.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Doha (Preferred)</li></ul>

Civil Inspector

<div><ul><li>BSc in Quantity Surveyor / other discipline of engineering.
</li><li>MMUP Licensed (Grade -A).
</li><li>15 years of relevant experience in contract preparation, Settlements of disputes and providing advice on such issue.
</li><li>Strong background in quantity surveying, construction or engineering.
</li><li>Ability to understand engineering plans and drawing.
</li><li>Develop cost plans, cost strategies, value engineering, life cycle costing, and sustainability costing.
</li><li>Prepare and review cost/budget estimation using respective software.
</li><li>Ensure Compliance with quality management standards and health and safety regulations.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar</li></ul></div>

QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER

<div><ul><li>BSc/Diploma in civil Engineering
</li><li>MMUP Licensed (Grade - C)
</li><li>8-10 years of relevant in site supervision of civil engineering activities related to building project.
</li><li>Strong background in supervision of reinforced concrete and steel Structure.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar</li></ul></div>
