Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Master's Degree in a relevant discipline will be an advantage.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• 15–20 years of post-graduate experience.
• Proven experience in building projects.
• Strong background in contracts management, including contractual claims and dispute resolution.
• Experience with FIDIC and Government contract forms.
• Familiarity with Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build, and Supervision Consultant contracts.
• Experience in procurement management, tendering procedures, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong computer skills related to quantity surveying and commercial management.
• UPDA/MME Grade A – Mandatory.
• Previous PWA (Ashghal) Approval – Mandatory.
• Experience in Qatar and/or the GCC region is highly preferred.
