Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in villa finishing works and building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Material quantity schedules and procurement support
• Supplier price comparisons and cost analysis
• Tender preparation and variation order review
• Coordination with procurement and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of QS experience
• Proven experience in residential villas and finishing works
• Strong knowledge of flooring, cladding, doors, glazing, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, pools, HVAC, electrical, and related finishing trades
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD
• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit, or similar QS software is an advantage

• Knowledge of finishing materials and market pricing
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
