We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in villa finishing works and building materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation</li><li>Cost estimation and budgeting</li><li>Material quantity schedules and procurement support</li><li>Supplier price comparisons and cost analysis</li><li>Tender preparation and variation order review</li><li>Coordination with procurement and project teams</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of QS experience</li><li>Proven experience in residential villas and finishing works</li><li>Strong knowledge of flooring, cladding, doors, glazing, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, pools, HVAC, electrical, and related finishing trades</li><li>Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD</li><li>Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit, or similar QS software is an advantage</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and numerical abilities</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of finishing materials and market pricing</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills</li></ul>Interested candidates may send their CV to recruitment@monaqasat.netWork Location: In person

Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled #MEPDraftsman to join our team, with strong experience in handling municipality submissions, addressing comments, and preparing professional technical responses.Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a consultancy environment dealing directly with municipality projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare MEP services designs including Electrical layouts, Drainage layouts, Water layouts, and Ooredoo layouts for residential villas, industrial factories, and commercial buildings.</li><li>Prepare drawings in compliance with municipal regulations and for obtaining NOCs.</li><li>Handle all drawing printouts required for submission purposes.</li><li>Maintain and archive all CAD data and project files.</li><li>Update drawings based on latest design information.</li><li>Support the design team whenever required.</li><li>Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with approved designs.</li><li>Review sketches, drawings, specifications, and engineering data from civil engineers to ensure design compliance.</li><li>Ensure all design works are submitted on time and as per schedule.</li><li>Revise red mark-ups on hard copies and update CAD drawings accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers during design development and provide technical input.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD software.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.</li><li>Knowledge of CAD standards across disciplines and departments.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.</li><li>Ability to understand comments and implement revisions accurately.</li></ul>If you meet the criteria and are looking for a new opportunity, please send your CV to: recruitment@monaqasat.netJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
