</li><li>Prepare the Statement of requirements (SOR), execution, strategy, and budget cost estimate.
</li><li>Prepare tender documents, contract procedure, technical specifications, and bid evaluation.
</li><li>Review and amend project control clauses of tender documents as necessary.
</li><li>Perform pre-qualification, technical, and price evaluation of tenders.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar.</li></ul></div>
