The Real Estate Trainee plays an administrative and operational support role within the real estate team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Support in negotiation conditions and contract status based on company’s needs
- Ensure all real estate files and records are accurately maintained and compliant with legal and company requirements
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining databases
- Manage internal communications and follow-ups with real estate professionals and team members
- Commercial acumen: Very good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Advanced MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office.
- Flexibility and reliability
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in Marketing or/and Business administration (Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 or 3.25/5.0)
