Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
- Source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including feedback collection and follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Rgheeb as an employer of choice.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
- Strong understanding of various recruiting techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' competencies and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
