Job Description:
We are seeking a Relationship Officer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in patient/client handling within the healthcare industry, preferably a dentist with proven expertise in sales and conversion. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging and converting potential patients who inquire via social media and digital platforms, turning leads into confirmed appointments and loyal clients. The ideal candidate must be results-driven and able to deliver measurable outcomes within 7 days of onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries received via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize clinical knowledge to educate, counsel, and guide potential patients about our dental services and treatment options.
Build rapport, address concerns, and create trust with every lead to maximize appointment conversions.
Implement strategic follow-up processes and utilize CRM systems to monitor lead status and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and clinical teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve the patient acquisition cycle.
Demonstrate a proactive, sales-driven approach that reflects the highest standards of patient care and ethics.
Prepare daily and weekly reports showcasing response quality, lead status, appointment bookings, and conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed patient conversion targets set by the clinic, showing tangible results within 7 days.
Requirements:
Dental degree, with valid credentials (preferred) OR a proven background in healthcare sales or patient relationship management.
Minimum 5 years' experience in client or patient handling in the health or dental niche.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong track record in sales, lead conversion, and client relationship building.
Knowledge of social media and digital patient engagement.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Confidence, empathy, and professionalism in patient interactions.
Demonstrable results in achieving measurable sales or patient conversion goals.
