Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-impact research in areas such as AI/ML, data science, computer vision, or other emerging technologies aligned with Enlatics' innovation roadmap.
• Design, develop, and execute research experiments to validate hypotheses and extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and external partners to translate research into tangible solutions.
• Analyze results, document findings, publish whitepapers or patents, and present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with academic literature and industry trends; contribute to Enlatics’ IP and innovation pipeline.
• Support prototype development and proof-of-concept solutions based on research outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred for certain roles).
• Strong background in scientific research methodology, experimental design, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB, and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SciKit-learn.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A passion for innovation and the curiosity to explore the unknown.
