Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, email
  • Determine appropriate room types and rates based on guest needs
  • Apply effective sales techniques to upsell and maximize revenue
  • Accurately input and manage reservation data in the system
  • Accommodate and record special guest requests efficiently
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, rates, and promotions
  • Identify and prioritize repeat guests, using appropriate coding
  • Support and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Comply with all hotel policies, quality standards, and confidentiality protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in chain hotels, in Reservation or Front Office
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Basic computer skills and accurate typing ability
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a willingness to learn
