
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure consistent service quality.
Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to meet performance goals.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers.
Develop promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports for upper management.
Enforce visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
Manage budgets, sales targets, and operational costs effectively.
Ensure all retail activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proficient in POS systems and inventory management tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
