Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Leasing Manager in achieving sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effective B2B presentation skills to communicate leasing benefits to corporate clients.
  • Strategically schedule visits by area, customer segment, and individual client needs, ensuring maximum market coverage and engagement.
  • Utilize marketing tools effectively, including brand assets, product information, testimonials, and PR materials to enhance sales efforts.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to retain existing leasing clients and proactively expand leasing business across all brands.
  • Organize customer engagement events, such as networking sessions, open houses, or exclusive test drives, to strengthen client relationships.
  • Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual activity plans, continuously assessing their effectiveness and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Optimize follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective communication, increasing the likelihood of securing new business.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless leasing agreements and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in leasing or fleet sales.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Transferable visa #18 must be currently based in Kuwait.
  • Valid Kuwait driver’s license to facilitate customer visits and market coverage.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and improve efficiency.
