Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Statement of Work, Services Procurement).
• Configure workflows, templates, and integrations with other SAP or third-party systems.
• Provide second-level support for SAP Fieldglass extensions and customizations.
• Troubleshoot complex SQL queries and data issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Procurement, and IT.
• Monitor and manage system performance, user access, and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users.
• Serve as an escalation point for project or business-related issues.
