Role Overview

As a Product Associate – SaaS Solutions, you will support the product team in executing product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing user feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our SaaS products deliver consistent value to users. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation to release.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements based on stakeholder input.
• Support product managers in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and maintaining the product backlog.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely product development.
• Monitor product performance metrics and prepare product usage reports.
• Assist in preparing internal documentation, feature guides, and user manuals.
• Collect and organize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a product-related, business analyst, or SaaS operations role (internships count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn SaaS product dynamics.
