Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling fit-out or acoustic solutions and a strong background in working with architectural or interior design firms. This role requires a confident, proactive professional who excels in B2B sales, client engagement, and delivering customized product offerings. A valid UAE driving license is required due to regular site and client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and acoustic solutions market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users to foster business growth.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with technical and design teams to create customized proposals that meet client specifications.
- Sales Process Management: Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations, tenders, technical submittals, and contracts to close deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of UAE-based sales experience in fit-out or acoustic products/services.
- License: A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in interpreting architectural drawings, BOQs, and design specifications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (required); Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
