Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in the fit-out or architectural sector to join our team in the UAE. This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, industry expertise, and a track record of success in business development. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential, as the role involves frequent site visits and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Nurture Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct site visits and hold client meetings to fully understand project requirements, offering tailored fit-out and architectural solutions.
  • Proposal Collaboration: Work with design and estimation teams to prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that meet client specifications.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, market developments, and new materials or technologies.
  • Representation at Events: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to management, including sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE fit-out, architectural, or construction industry.

License:

  • Valid UAE Driver’s License, with willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in outdoor sales and business development in a competitive market.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out processes, design principles, project lifecycles, and material specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with teams across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
