Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive – Fit-Out / Architectural Projects

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer with experience in the fit-out or architectural industry to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing client relationships and closing deals. A valid UAE driver's license is required for this role, as site visits and client meetings are a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Generate leads and follow up on new project opportunities across the UAE.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized fit-out or architectural solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, (Preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in sales within the fit-out or architectural industry.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
• Proven track record in outdoor sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, designs, and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
