
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement territory-wise field sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate field sales representatives to improve performance and productivity.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer segments.
Monitor daily field activity, set targets, and track KPIs for team members.
Build strong relationships with key clients to maximize customer retention.
Provide hands-on support during major client meetings or negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and market insights.
Resolve field-level issues swiftly to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and competitor activities.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
4–6 years of relevant experience in field sales or territory management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varied field environments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
