Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in acoustic solutions and architectural fit-out products across the UAE. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the industry, a commercial mindset, and a proven track record in project-based sales within the construction, design, and interiors sectors. The position involves significant client interaction and regular travel for project development, making a valid UAE driving license essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and interior fit-out products across the UAE.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through project tracking, networking, and leveraging industry intelligence.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Proposal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, estimation) to create and present customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and support tender submissions to ensure project success.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and regularly report forecasting and updates to senior leadership.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in materials or technologies within the fit-out and architectural sectors.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the acoustic systems, architectural products, or interior fit-out materials sectors in the UAE.
License:
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Industry Network:
- Strong network and established relationships within the architecture, design, and construction industries in the UAE.
Sales Expertise:
- Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, technical consultation, and closing projects.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, client relationship management, and presentation skills.
Work Ethic:
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with teams.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
