• Analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to inform development roadmaps with validated research.
• Evaluate the technological feasibility and business potential of innovative ideas.
• Prepare detailed research reports, whitepapers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend industry conferences, webinars, and forums to gather and share knowledge.
• Maintain a research database and ensure regular updates of insights and references.
• Identify key strategic areas where Enlatics can build or innovate based on research outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
5+ years of experience in IT research, technical analysis, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies across the IT spectrum.
Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into strategic recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
