Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with technical proficiency to develop and execute high-quality interior spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This role demands a deep understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and UAE-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop interior architectural designs from concept through to detailed execution.
• Produce comprehensive 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other rendering software.
• Create compelling mood boards, material boards, and design presentations tailored to client preferences.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project implementation and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Supervise interior design execution including fit-out, finishes, FF&E, and quality control.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and team coordination effectively.
• Stay current on design trends, innovative materials, and industry technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior architecture or related fields within the UAE or GCC.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, completed interior projects.
• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and interior detailing.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, local authority regulations, and approval processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while working both independently and within a team.
• UAE driving license is a plus
