Responsibilities
- Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications for seamless business processes.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with other systems within the organization.
- Design, implement, and manage databases within the Odoo framework.
- Optimize and troubleshoot database-related issues for optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing of developed modules.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address software bugs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Odoo modules and customizations.
- Develop training materials and support documentation for end-users.
- Work closely with developers, functional analysts, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and updates.
- Assist in upgrading and migrating existing systems to newer Odoo versions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a demonstrable portfolio.
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework and module development.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON).
- Database management skills, particularly in PostgreSQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
